GuocoLand to Launch 399-Unit Faber Residence

GuocoLand is set to unveil its latest Clemenceau project, Faber Residence, on October 3, 2025, featuring two- to five-bedroom apartments priced from S$1,995 per square foot (psf). This development, a collaboration with TID and Hong Leong Holdings, will offer 399 units across nine five-story residential blocks.

The price for the two-bedroom apartments starts at S$2.39 million, while the three-bedroom units are available from S$1.59 million to S$1.95 million. Five-bedroom apartments will begin at S$3.19 million, making up 5% of the total units.

GuocoLand’s CEO, Cheng Hsing Yau, emphasized the strategic location near schools like Ngee Ann Polytechnic and various business hubs, enhancing the appeal for homeowners and investors. Proximity to shopping districts and job centers is expected to draw interest from potential buyers, particularly those looking to purchase properties for their children.

Despite other upcoming launches, Faber Residence is positioned as the only new project in the Outside Central Region for 2025. It aims to attract residents by providing easy access to educational institutions, and it is expected to meet high demand. The development emphasizes community features including a clubhouse and reading room, while ensuring connectivity to major transport routes.
