A portfolio consisting of six HDB shophouses spread across Toa Payoh, Ang Mo Kio, and Tanjong Pagar has been listed for sale at S$73 million. The properties are owned by Royal Group, a Singapore-based family business founded by billionaire Asok Kumar Hiranandani.
According to sources from The Business Times, the shophouses can be purchased individually or as part of the entire portfolio, marketed by Savills Singapore. The total lot area amounts to 1,033 square feet, and the price for each property aligns with market estimates.
Two shophouses located at 702 and 705 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 8 are highlighted for their prominent street visibility and are always fully leased. Additionally, one shophouse is situated at the ground floor of 190 Toa Payoh Lorong 6, positioned near HDB Hub.
Each of the three other units in the portfolio at Tanjong Pagar Plaza is on the market for S$5 million each. With around 8,500 private HDB shophouses in Singapore, this portfolio presents a compelling investment opportunity for generating immediate income across three well-established and desirable residential areas.
