The UOL Group, in collaboration with CapitaLand Development and Kheong Leong, is set to unveil a new residential project named Skye at Holland. Scheduled to launch on September 26, 2025, the project will offer units priced from S$2,598 per square foot (psf).
The development will consist of 666 units across two towers and comes with a 99-year leasehold. Two-bedroom premium units will range from S$2,637 psf to S$1,716. The project will feature three-bedroom options starting from S$2,621 psf, along with additional features such as private lift access for certain layouts.
Located near the Holland Village MRT station, the site boasts a variety of amenities, including schools and recreational facilities. The project promises to provide discerning buyers with valuable investment opportunities, as highlighted by Anson Lim, the general manager of residential marketing.
With high demand in the area, previous projects have shown strong sales, indicating a favorable market condition. The last notable residential launch nearby was One Holland Village, which included 296 private homes.
